Argentario Home is an entire flat, newly refurbished, in the Montesacro district of Rome: a small private building a few steps from Piazza Sempione. It has its own front door and for the whole of your stay it is all yours: no space shared with other guests. Around you there are shops, supermarkets and places to eat, and the area is served by direct buses to the centre, five minutes away on foot, and by the metro.
The rooms
The bedroom
Large, bright and quiet, looking onto the courtyard. There is a double bed, a roomy fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers, with hangers and, if you need them, extra pillows and blankets. The bed linen is cotton. The bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit.
The living room and dining area
The living room has a sofa bed, the second of the two beds in the flat, and a dining table that doubles as a desk, with wifi. The TV is a 50-inch smart TV: it gets all the Italian channels. Air conditioning and heating here too, plus books and things to read.
The kitchen
The kitchen is complete and properly equipped for cooking: a four-ring gas hob with automatic ignition, a stainless steel oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with freezer. You will find pots and pans, plates and cutlery, wine glasses, a toaster, a baking tray and the basics for the store cupboard: oil, salt and sugar.
The bathroom
Complete, with bidet and glass shower enclosure, hot water and a hairdryer. There are towels, shampoo, body soap and toilet paper.
Washing machine and cleaning
There is a washing machine, at no extra cost, with the detergent and a clothes airer. And then a vacuum cleaner and household cleaning products: things you notice above all if you are staying a while.

How many people it sleeps
The flat sleeps four people at most: three adults, or two adults and two under-18s. There is 1 bedroom, 2 beds — the double and the sofa bed — and 1 bathroom. On top of these, a child up to 3 years old can sleep in the cot, which does not count towards the number of guests.
Times, rules and services on request
Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. You let yourself in with the smart lock: the instructions arrive by email before you get here, with no one to wait for. Guests are registered online before you set off, with everyone’s identity document: it is required by law and it saves you time on the day you arrive.
Other people live in the building: we ask you to keep quiet from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and to hold no parties or events. There is no smoking, and we cannot take pets — guide dogs and assistance dogs are the exception.
On request and at an extra cost you can arrange late check-in, late check-out, a change of sheets and towels and extra cleaning. Stays of more than 30 days can also be considered: beyond that threshold the paperwork changes and the terms may be different, and we set them out for you beforehand.
