Five minutes on foot, direct buses leave for Termini and Piazza Venezia, and the metro reaches the Colosseum without changing. In the evening you come back to a quiet neighbourhood where a parking space can be found and costs nothing.
You get us, not a call centre
Send your dates and the person who owns the house and looks after it answers you personally: no agencies, no portals. Nothing is paid on this site and no card is asked for — if the dates and the price suit you, you confirm with a bank transfer.

A bright, quiet double bedroom looking onto the courtyard, with a fitted wardrobe: you sleep away from the kitchen and the TV, and in summer with the air conditioning on. A cot for the little ones is available on request.

Four-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Pots, plates, cutlery and glasses are already there.
Comfort
Cool in summer, warm in winter
Air conditioning in summer and thermostat-controlled heating in winter, a 50-inch smart TV, a washing machine with detergent, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes airer.

The neighbourhood
Montesacro is still a village
The garden city of Montesacro is a neighbourhood of low buildings and tree-lined streets north of the centre. It is not a place for tourists, it is a place where people live: downstairs there are shops, supermarkets and local bars, and Piazza Sempione is a short walk away. Behind the neighbourhood the buildings stop and the Aniene valley begins: ten minutes on foot and you are walking among meadows, pine woods and the river, with no sense of being in a city any more.
